Choose 1 Physician Fast Meal Replacement SHAKE/BAR/PUDDING/SOUP
MID- AFERTNOON
Choose 1 Physician Fast Meal Replacement SHAKE/BAR/PUDDING/SOUP
DINNER
4 oz. of Lean Protein (please choose from the menu)
2 oz. Of vegetables (please choose from the menu)
Choose 1 condiment (non –creamy, fat free dressing)

Recommendations
· Consume meal replacements at regular intervals (two to three hours). If you get too busy, you may double up and consume two meal replacements together.

· Eat all meals. Don’t save food from one meal to the next.

· Eat everything on the daily Menu Plan, in the amounts listed.

· Drink 8 ounce glasses of water each day.
