Dr. Simeons Diet Plan

Dr. Simeons Diet Plan

Loading Phase:  “One cannot keep a patient on a restricted diet unless his normal fat reserves are reasonably well stocked. It is for this reason also that every case, even those that are actually gaining must eat to capacity of the most fattening food they can get down until they have the third HGC injection”. Dr. SimeonFor the first 2 days you will have to eat minimum of 3000 calories per day. Small portions, high in fat and carbs, throughout the day.

Sample menu for the loading phase:

Breakfast: Pancakes with bacon, eggs, hash browns and large coffee.

Mid-morning:  Guava pastry with Mamey smoothie.

Lunch: White rice, black beans, sweet plantains, fried pork and large soda.

Mid – afternoon:  Vanilla late with chocolate cookies.

Dinner:  Meat Lasagna + bread +red wine+ apple pie with ice cream for dessert.

This makes it easier, once you start the diet. This phase helps control craving for carbs and sweets. It also shocks your metabolism, by changing dramatically the calorie intake your body will start converting stored triglycerides into energy and you will lose weight quicker.
